Where does fear come from?

Have you ever wondered, "Where does fear come from?" The Word says to
fear not. Seems like God acknowledges the concept of fear, but
recommends against it. Where does fear come from? My new friend
Pastor Daniel of Brazil lives in amongst the drug lords. The sound of
gunfire is not usual. Yet there is no fear, just love.
