The guy says, "Will you give me $10 so I can open a bank account?"

A funny thing happened a couple days, ago.  A college student says he has been sleeping outside, because he has no money.  He wants me to give him $10 so he can open an bank account.  Then, he can write a hot check for $150 with overdraft protection and have 30 days to pay it back.  He can use the $150 to get an apartment and continue his schooling.  Do you see any problem here?
