Battle of Little Big Horn or The Battle of Greasy Grass Creek

I was reading a novel by Zane Grey about the Battle of Little Big Horn.  It was a fun read, requiring little thought and a lot of day dreaming.  I came inside my hotel and turned on the history channel and it was about the Battle of Little Big Horn.  The coincidence drew my attention and I have been pondering this epic battle in Army history.  It was a sad day for both the winners and losers.  It makes me wonder.  Did anyone win? With that thought, does anyone ever win in war? Maybe... but what?
