Although some are blinded by the light, it doesn't mean we should not shine.

"I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God."

 

"Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied.

 

Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, "He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?" "He is worthy of death," they answered. Then they spit in his face and struck him with their fists. Others slapped him...

 

Just think... The entire future of mankind pivoted on a single truth. "I AM".  Jesus could have denied the truth.  Peter did, three times.  Alas, Jesus spoke truth and suffered for all, that we might have life.  Many were blinded by the light of our Savior, yet a few were faithful and became the early warriors of our faith. 

 

Today is the day the Lord hath made.  Shine bright!
