President Obama shakes the hand of a friend. Incredible God Spot!

I have a friend who saw God show up in their lives in a big way.  Thought you might enjoy a piece of the dialog...

 

"Bob just called me for the 5th time today as he and I celebrated a wonderful day ..long distance.  We would have loved to be together today...but it was a wonderful day and one I am so proud of for him and for such a great team of collegues at Suretec. 

 

Today, my husband stood in Washington, DC and on behalf of his friends and partners at Suretec, he received on the team's behalf the great honor of Suretec being chosen the Small Business of the year in the Surety Industry for 2009.  He was honored at a luncheon at the State Department.  Then... to our great suprise,.. though he knew he was going to the White House this afternoon by special invitation... he had a press briefing in the East Wing with the President of the United States of America.

 

Wow!  Bobby sat on the second row and the camera's were right on him.  Somebody has that film!  I hope we can get a copy.  When the briefing was completed, the President shook hands with Bobby before he left the room. (okay...I have to say it...he does have the good sense to know a good man when he sees him!)  What a day.

 

Some might not think much of a day like this.  This was a privilege.  We know that God did this for Bobby.  For us, this is just like what God does in our lives.  He sends us to do things we never thought would happen in a million years."
